Quality Assurance Manual

The Quality Assurance Manual describes in detail the quality assurance policies and procedures governing not only taught courses, but also research degree programmes and University services and to give guidance to staff on their implementation and operation.  Since the intention is to revise, update and extend the Manual on a regular basis to ensure its currency and relevance to best practice, hard copies are no longer produced. Staff should therefore make use of the online version which is updated as necessary.
