TWISTA connect

TWISTA Connect is a twelve-week programme and one to one mentoring with students from year 9 upwards, run over the course of two school terms. The purpose of the programme is to raise students’ aspirations, reduce anti-social behaviour and increase confidence in the students.

Knowledge exchange

The department has successfully delivered a range of KTPs in recent years, working with SMEs and Third Sector organisations varying from automotive recycling and sustainability projects to social housing and neighbourhood sustainability, with current partnerships focussing on addressing fuel poverty in deprived urban settings.
