The Institute for Performance Research (IPR) engages in world class and internationally recognised research. There are currently two Research Centres in IPR, Sport, Exercise and Physical Activity, and Performance and Screen Media The latter includes a new group set up to develop inter-relations across arts-science boundaries: e.g., cognitive neuroscience and music; biomechanics and dance; theatre and digital technologies.
